1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Tsukuba Tech for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Our services
Tsukuba Tech provides websites, apps, AI automation, SaaS products, video and photography, plus hosting and maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.
3. Projects & deliverables
We deliver work in stages with regular demos. Client cooperation — timely feedback, content and approvals — is needed to keep timelines on track. Changes to agreed scope may affect cost and schedule.
4. Payments
Fees, payment schedule and any recurring charges (such as AI models, suite subscriptions or hosting) are set out in your proposal. Invoices are due as stated; late payment may pause work or services.
5. Ownership & intellectual property
On full payment, you own the code, content and accounts produced for your project, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain ours and are licensed to you for use in the deliverable.
6. Hosting & maintenance
Where you choose Tsukuba Tech hosting, it is provided at the agreed (discounted) rate with monitoring, security patching and support. Hosting and maintenance are ongoing services and may be subject to recurring fees.
7. AI products & pricing
Tanzz Intelligence models and the Complete Suite are offered on a subscription basis at the prices shown, which we may update with notice. Custom automation builds are quoted per scope from the indicative floor prices shown.
8. Affiliate program
Affiliate commissions are earned on qualifying referrals that result in a signed, invoiced and paid project, per the affiliate terms. We may update commission tiers and rates with notice.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided “as is” without further warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsukuba Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ibaraki, Japan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
